Water colored paper from the New Horizons DSP pack and rain boots from Flowering Rain Boots Bundle. Makes me want to jump in puddles!
With Bumblebee score at 5.5 (long side), rotate and cut at 4.25
Take New Horizons DSP and cut 5.25 x 4 Remember to watch direction of paper.
Stamp sentiment to top of paper with Basic Gray
Get a scrap of basic white and stamp boots in Bumblebee. Run through Stampin Cut or Emboss machine. Add dimensionals to back of boots.
Adhere DSP to base then add boots. I used the drop shape from the Silver and Clear Epoxy Essentials to make it look like rain.
